We organise chess competitions and promote chess in the Leeds area.

The season starts on Wednesday 18th September 2024, with the Team Lightning, to be held at Alwoodley Chess Club starting at 7pm.

2nd Yorkshire RapidPlay Tournament - Sunday 24 November 2024 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Leeds City Centre, 10am to 5pm

This is a 7 round ECF Rated Rapid Play Event with Open, Major, MInor and Junior Sections: time limit 15 minutes + 10 secs increment
